What we expect from you: experience of working in a managerial position in the field of FMCG-food from 2 years (supervisor, NTV, regional manager, etc.); experience in organizing and controlling work, evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of subordinates , coordination of the sales staff; analytical abilities of the mind, communication, persistence, stress resistance, result orientation; the availability of a personal car. What you will do: manage sales in a fixed territory; fulfill planned sales figures; maintain and develop a client base, as well as a quality representation in TT; control receivables; conduct negotiations and introduce products into the network.
