Trade and production company "Schedro" - manufacturer of TM "Schedro", "Olli", "Zaporizky" invites to its team a Territorial Manager, Kropyvnytskyi Candidate requirements: Higher education; Successful work experience in a similar position of 2 years (fmcg); Knowledge of the territory's distribution market; Experience in managing a sales team of 5 people; Negotiation skills; Leadership qualities, activity, initiative, focus on results; Availability of a car. The main tasks of the position: Ensuring the implementation of planned indicators of primary and secondary sales in the territory; Formation of a sales team, control of the processes of training and adaptation of newcomers; Monitoring the performance of exclusive team work standards, setting tasks and monitoring their implementation; Construction of qualitative and quantitative distribution on the territory; Planning and implementation of trade marketing activities on the territory; Formation of a territory development plan, effective negotiations with key customers; Interaction with the distributor in accordance with the company's commercial policy; Participation in production planning, ensuring the necessary amount of product balances on the basis of the distributor; Creating a positive atmosphere in the team and setting the team up for an effective result.
