• Experience in the position: territorial manager, head of the sales department, branch manager in the field of FMCG-food from 2 years.
• Skills of conducting effective negotiations.
• Experience in budget management and financial analytics.
• Experience in organizing and controlling work, evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of team activities.
• Strategic thinking, the ability to analyze market trends and form a territory development strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the company's sales development strategy in the established territory;
• Execute set goals and sales plans;
• Increase indicators of quantitative and qualitative distribution in the established territory;
• Coordinate and control the activity of selling products through the distributor and sales team;
• Carry out the selection and training of the sales team;
• Ensure compliance with the company's pricing and marketing policies;
• Participate in finding and attracting new large clients;
• Conduct meetings and negotiations with clients.
