Your main responsibilities:

  • Managing the work of the sales team (supervisors, sales representatives) in the assigned territory;
  • Implementation of sales plans and key indicators (volume, distribution, representation, accounts receivable);
  • Development and expansion of the client base, ensuring effective coverage of the territory;
  • Analysis of the market, competitive environment and development of proposals to increase sales efficiency;
  • Control of compliance with merchandising standards and product display conditions;
