Bauer's Implants in search of regional auto sales manager in Kharkiv and region.

Requirements:

• Mandatory at least 1 year of direct sales experience;
• Knowledge of sales techniques and tools;
• Experience of working with customer objections;
• Conducting meetings, negotiations, presentations;
• Knowledge of 1C;
• Availability of own car!

Responsibilities:

• Finding and attracting new customers;
• Executing the sales plan;
• Cold calls and meetings with doctors by dentists;
• Conducting negotiations with the aim of selling products;
• Consulting doctors (ability to learn the specifics of using the product, conducting master classes);
• Forming orders;
• Participation and organization of promotional events (seminars, conferences, exhibitions);
• Interaction with the Company’s divisions with the aim of implementation assigned tasks;
• Maintenance of working and report documentation;
• Conducting business negotiations of various levels, ability to convince others with the help of arguments and follow-up communication, as well as develop partner relationships;
• Maintaining the current status of client data in the information system;
