Features:

• Maintaining relations with current clients, working on loyalty to our company, additional sales, conclusion of insurance contracts
• Sales and consulting clients: incoming and outgoing calls, letters, messengers, chats
• Working with existing clients: extension and registration of additional insurance contracts

Requirements:

• Experience in online or telephone sales from 1 year
• Fluency in spoken and written Ukrainian
• Experience in the banking or insurance sector will be an advantage
• Understanding the main insurance products (DMS, NV, CASCO, OSCPV, property) will be an advantage
