The main tasks and responsibilities of this position: Support of local computer and telephone network equipment; Support of specialized software and APM users; Video surveillance system support; SRVNSO support; Basic settings of local computer network equipment and support of the working status of the LVDS SCS; LVDS telephone network and notification system maintenance; Help in setting up users' workstations and printing devices; Support for the functioning of the video surveillance system; Development and updating of technical documentation; Solving incidents initiated through the ServiceDesk system and providing advisory support to users.
