Currently, our team is looking for a telecommunications engineer for the position of Network Engineer. Escalation of incidents, control of elimination of malfunctions, restoring the functionality of equipment and service platforms. Informing management about the occurrence of incidents in accordance with internal procedures. Operating equipment in accordance with existing rules and instructions. Providing 1st level support, localization and elimination of problems and malfunctions. Providing information and technical support to customers regarding services and services. Preparation of reporting documentation. Requirements for the candidate: Higher technical education in the field of telecommunications or information technologies / incomplete higher technical education (students of the 3rd year and above). Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level. The level of an experienced user of a Windows PC, MS Office. Skills working with Unix systems (file operations, searching for information). Understanding of the principles of the GSM network, knowledge of the SMPP and SS7 network protocols at the initial level.
