Functional duties:

• Monitoring and control of the performance of network equipment, service platforms, client and operator communication channels.
• Escalation of incidents, control of troubleshooting, restoration of operational efficiency of equipment and service platforms.
• Informing management about the occurrence of incidents in accordance with internal procedures.
• Operation of equipment in accordance with existing rules and instructions.
• Providing 1st level support, localization and elimination of problems and malfunctions.
• Providing informational and technical support to customers regarding services and services .
• Preparation of reporting documentation.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher (unfinished higher) technical education (2nd year students and above) / secondary special technical education.
• Proficiency in English at Pre-Intermediate+ level.
• Level of an experienced user of a Windows PC, MS Office.
• Skills for working with Unix systems (file operations, information search).
• Understanding the principles of operation of the GSM network, knowledge of network protocols SMPP and SS7 at the entry level.
