Telecommunication network development manager in Nashnet, OOO

We are Nashnet Internet provider and one of the main areas of our activity is the development of our own telecommunications network. Today, thousands of buildings in the city of Kyiv are connected to the Nashnet network, and we only want to increase the pace of connecting new residential complexes and individual buildings. To implement these ambitious plans, we need a person who will be able to build an effective work process, implement a systematic approach to the implementation of planned indicators, become a leader and an example for colleagues, and for a minimum period of time build contractual work in the most efficient way to achieve the main goal - the increase of the Nashnet telecommunications network. Therefore, we decided to open a vacancy for the position: Director of telecommunications network development. Requirements: Higher education; Competent oral and written language, excellent communication skills; Experience working in telecommunications in a similar position, or as a real estate sales manager; Orientation to results, the ability to facilitate tasks, attention to detail; Understanding of the process of signing contracts for the provision of telecommunications services in houses (agency contracts, easement contracts, access contracts) with developers, operating organizations and others. Experience in signing access and easement contracts, the presence of well-established relationships with developers, management companies, condominiums. Responsibilities: Conclusion of access or easement contracts in houses, shopping malls, and business centers for the provision of company telecommunications services on the most favorable terms for the company ;Supporting the placement of the company's advertising products in connected buildings, malls and business centers;Analyzing payback periods, estimating the cost of entering buildings, making proposals for network development;Organizing and controlling the entry of relevant information about work results into CRM;Organizing measures to reduce the cost of easements and other monthly payments under previously concluded contracts; Organization and control of the implementation of financial conditions under concluded contracts. Professional knowledge and skills: Experience in a similar position in telecommunications (from 1 year); High level of involvement in work; High level of communication skills and the ability to lead negotiations; Knowledge of the market of developers and operating organizations of Kyiv, understanding of the specifics of their work; Systemic thinking, the ability to optimally structure the process to achieve the maximum result.
