Our ambitious goals are grounded in constant market research, as well as proactive, highly targeted campaigns aimed at achieving better predictability and controllability over our vertical pipelines. To facilitate these plans, we are looking for a Telecom & Media Marketing Specialist for Intellias TMT vertical to strengthen our inbound, outbound, event, and account-based initiatives with a structured, data-driven approach. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Telecom & Media Marketing Team, Industry Leaders, Content, Design, and Demand Generation Teams to execute and optimize our lead generation strategy, as well as enrich and validate data for the marketing and sales campaigns. Responsibilities: Execute Telecom & Media marketing strategy, ensuring it’s aligned with the overall Intellias Telecom & Media Strategy Build data-driven marketing campaigns that generate leads and strengthen our brand across different channels and target audiences Collaborate with Telecom & Media sales team to enrich existing ICPs and persona-based buyer journeys as well as develop the new ones Monitor the performance of Intellias’ digital assets, and analyze reach, engagement, and specific user flows to drive business growth Support Intellias’ global expansion efforts by developing a Telecom & Media marketing strategy for each of the target regions, and executing it with both speed and efficiency Facilitate developing value propositions through a deep understanding of business needs, pain points, and goals of our potential clients Develop and execute outbound, inbound, and event activities Support account-based marketing campaigns, specifically in the context of account-based research and outbound aspects Leverage social and thought leadership marketing to boost awareness Collect regular analytics against KPIs and deliver performance reports to the leadership group Requirements: At least 3-4 years of software marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech companies Experience in the telecom & media sector, whether through marketing to or working within the industry. Proficient in Agile methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle Exceptional writing skills, developing internal/external content positioning the solutions for industry use cases Skilled in coordinating with diverse teams and delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced setting Demonstrated capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision Strong data-driven approach to measure outcomes and guide decision-making and strategy Required experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings Experience creating sales collateral from scratch based on sales conversations, sales calls, market research, and your own experience Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset Ability to multi-task across numerous projects with exceptional attention to detail Advanced/proficient Level of English Higher education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree Aligned with and committed to our core values Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Старший середній рівень Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язки Маркетинг Галузі ІТ-послуги та ІТ Консалтинг
