BAYER launches the DigitalAg4UA Program to support the digitalization of agriculture in Ukraine and overcome the global food security crisis. 

As part of the DigitalAg4UA Program, BAYER seeks to expand access to its leading platform for digital agriculture, Climate FieldView™. This platform uses advanced technologies to increase productivity, optimize the use of seeds, fertilizers and plant protection products, reduce manual labor and improve water resources management practices.

Role DigitalAg4UA Program Technology Support Specialist consists in performing two key tasks:

• activating farm accounts;
• conducting training for specialists who have the right and desire to participate in the DigitalAg4UA Program. 

Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless integration, hardware connectivity, data layer configuration, and resolving issues related to unconnected features that are key to getting the most out of the platform.< /p>

Your efforts will play a key role in enabling farmers to make informed and optimal decisions in their daily work through the effective use of the advanced digital tool Climate FieldView™.

We are currently building a team Programs< /strong> DigitalAg4UA and we are looking for a Technology Support Specialist who will support farms in the Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi regions.

The program has previously will last 2 years.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the Climate FieldView™ activation process and involving farms in active use of the platform.
• Checking the compatibility of farm equipment by visiting them and consulting. 
• Achieving strategic key performance indicators of the Program in order to achieve maximum territorial coverage, training of farms, active use of the platform, etc.
• Cooperation with representatives of BAYER divisions to ensure the availability of the necessary tools for activation and involvement of farms.
• Ensuring the best experience of farms with Climate FieldView™ in accordance with the objectives of the Program at each of the stages of cooperation: engagement, connection and use of the platform.
• Building effective relationships with farms participating in Program, and help them become experts in digital farming technologies.
• Conducting trainings and seminars on digital farming for farms. 

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Agriculture, Engineering or related field.
• Work experience in the field of precision agriculture from 1 year.
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment: OEM-monitors, ISOBUS, etc.
• Developed communication skills.
• Ability and experience conducting presentations for small and large groups.
• Having a driver's license and driving experience.
