The role of the Technology Business Manager (BM) will have the overall responsibility for the governance, control, People, Structure, cost, budget, Charges to Business, Financial Resource Planning (FRP) and overall execution of the Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) Technology vision.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
- University graduate preferably with a degree in Technology or Finance.
- Previous background of working in a matrix organisational structure with global stakeholders
- Credibility with energy to sustain the right focus and build consensus with a large and senior stakeholder group, working under pressure with multiple and conflicting demands.
- Ability to actively engage with WPB global business functions to deliver to business needs.
- Effective written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
- Excellent Confluence and Jira Knowledge.
- Ability to distil complex and varied data into information combined with excellent communication skills to present back to key stakeholders.

,[Review actuals and reforecast wherever necessary and address target gaps as well as address any Charges to the Business queries and resolve any CAM disputes., Review all local governed suppliers’ rates and ensure that they are properly recovered., Change the Bank (CTB) & Run the Bank (RTB) Management Lead., Help implement the EMEA Financial Resource Planning including facilitation of BP setup, CAM setup etc., Lead on the Annual Financial Resource Planning CAM reviews., Facilitate CAM resolution sessions, ensuring that all CAM disputes are resolved within the first half of each year and track CAM disputes progress and record realized cost reductions where applicable., Cost Board approval process consultancy (ITCM/TPS) and tracking to ensure all renewals are completed on time., Ensure all Third-Party Risk are addressed, and findings are addresses as per the agreed deadlines as well as ensure all 3rd party contracts spend are approved by ITCM prior signing them.
