Technologist (operational) in KOMPANIYa ENZIM, TOV

We are looking for a person who has:

• 1 year of production experience (food, biotechnological, pharmaceutical - will be an advantage).

• Knowledge of biochemical and microbiological processes that occur during fermentation, autolysis, hydrolysis, drying and separation.

• Skills in working with laboratory equipment, sampling and interpretation of analysis results.

• Experience in maintaining technological documentation: technological maps, regulations, instructions, journals, reports.

• Skills for analyzing production indicators, identifying "bottlenecks" and proposing solutions to increase efficiency.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, 1C (experience with ACS, SAP, AutoCAD will be an advantage).

• English level - not lower than B1 (for working with technical documentation).

• Responsibility, attention to details, analytical thinking and willingness to work in a production environment.

  Your duties will include:

  • Control and management of technological processes in production.

  • Monitoring and adjustments key process parameters: fermentation, autolysis, separation, drying, etc.

  • Sampling, interaction with the laboratory, analysis of results and implementation of corrective actions.

  • Preparation and maintenance of technological documentation in accordance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22000 standards.

  • Analysis of production data, search for causes of deviations, development measures to improve product quality and increase output.

  • Participation in the launch and modernization of technological lines.

  • Interaction with production units and engineering and technical services with the aim of ensuring process stability.

  • Prompt resolution of non-standard situations related to the production process.
