Area of responsibility:

• Ensuring the stable operation of application software, critical for the company's business processes

• Conducting software testing, participating in the implementation of new of functionality

• Administration and configuration of software products (own and third-party developments)

• Resolving incidents of the 2nd level of technical support of users

• Execution of applications in Service Desk and Jira systems

• Preparation of technical documentation within the scope of competence

• Notification of responsible persons about identified problems in the operation of information systems

• Executing the instructions of the head of the department within the scope of job duties

Our expectations:

• In-depth knowledge of one or more DBMS: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle or others

• Basic knowledge of programming languages: C#, Delphi, Python, PHP, etc.

• Experience work with version control systems - GIT

• Ability to work with ServiceDesk, Jira and similar systems

• Skills to analyze and understand third-party software code
