Main responsibilities:

• Develop a supply plan for goods and services for a fixed procurement category;
•  Analyze requests for purchase, needs for goods and services, needs to receive services creates a purchase order / receipt of services;
• Responsible for updating / updating data in the SAP system;
• Perform daily monitoring of purchase orders regarding the availability of order confirmation;
• Perform all operations (establishing contracts, creating a purchase request, creating a request for payment, a report of completed work, making an inbound delivery) in the information system SAP;
• Monitor turnover of goods within the assigned group;
• Responsible for monitoring and updating insurance stocks for goods in the SAP system (if available);
• Responsible for the budgeting process (horizon 36 months);
• Monitor credit and receivables of counterparties within the category of purchases and submits for payment;
• Form the necessary package of documents on TMC for return to the Supplier (in case of shortage or non-conformity of TMC);
• Responsible for timely receipt of credit notes from suppliers for rejected/non-conforming TMC, as well as write-off of defective inventory within the reporting period within the procurement group;
• Monitor timely stocking of TMC by employees of the warehouse; Monitor the timely transfer of a complete package of documents by warehouse employees to the accounting department for invoicing goods and services;
• Prepare a full package of documentation for submission to the customs department for customs clearance;
• Control the validity of the existing permit documentation for the supply of goods and initiate (if necessary) its renewal;
• Responsible for the timely formation of an application for transport to the department logistics;
• Responsible for the calculation and updating of the insurance stock;
• Responsible for the timely entry of data of the Supplier's metrics into the SAP system;
• Responsible for and implementation of requests for the sale of goods from third-party organizations;
• Responsible for initiating and providing the necessary documents andadministrative requests for change;
• Find opportunities for the sale of illiquid commodities and ensure their implementation.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience from 1 year;
• Responsible attitude to work;
• Availability of a military registration document.
