PrJSC "Lutsk Foods" TM RUNA - a leading producer of grocery products is looking for a technological engineer (variable) to join its team. Requirements: higher education; knowledge of HACCP; desire to develop. in the production process, within the limits of his responsibility, physico-chemical and organoleptic indicators of the finished product, raw materials, packaging and auxiliary materials for compliance with the specifications for each type of product; to select samples of finished products to ensure their processing by other terminals of the enterprise; to participate in the development of measures to prevent the occurrence non-standard situations, as well as in the analysis of internal emergency messages; to carry out the necessary calculations within the framework of the performed analyses, tests and studies, to make the necessary adjustments to the working formulations within the limits of their competence; to participate in the implementation of experimental works aimed at the introduction of new types of raw materials, auxiliary materials, technological processes in the production, development of new types of products; monitor the availability of current technological documentation (working recipes, instructions, etc.) update it within the limits of their competence. Working conditions: variable schedule: 1st shift from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; 2nd shift from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Saturday, Sunday is a day off.
