Requirements: Technological engineer of the II category: complete higher aviation engineering education (master's degree, specialist); for a master - without requirements for work experience, for a specialist - work experience in the profession of technology engineer of the III category - at least 2 years. Technological engineer of the III category: complete higher aviation engineering education (specialist). Work experience in the profession of technological engineer — at least 1 year. Technological engineer: complete higher aviation engineering education (specialist) without requirements for work experience. Responsibilities: Develops, using design automation tools, and implements progressive technological processes, types equipment and technological equipment, means of automation and mechanization, optimal production modes for the products produced by the enterprise, and for all types of work of varying complexity, ensuring the production of competitive products and reducing material and labor costs for their production. Introduces the order of work execution and operational route processing of parts, assembly units. Develops plans for placing equipment, technical equipment and organization of workplaces, calculates production capacity and equipment loading. Participates in the development of technically justified time (production) standards, linear and network schedules in the development of product designs for manufacturability, calculates standards of material costs (technical norms of consumption of raw materials, semi-finished products, materials, tools, technological fuel, energy), economic efficiency of the designed technological processes. Develops technological standards, instructions, assembly schemes, route maps, maps of the technical level and quality of products and other technological documentation, makes changes to the technical documentation in connection with the adjustment of technological processes and production modes. Coordinates the developed documentation with the workshops and departments of the enterprise. Prepares technical tasks for the design of devices, equipment and special tools provided for by the technology, participates in the development of control programs (for equipment with numerical program control), in working out developed programs, adjusting them in the process of finalization, drawing up instructions for working with programs. Participates in conducting experimental work aimed at introducing new technological processes into production, in drawing up applications for inventions and industrial samples, as well as in the development of programs for the introduction of new equipment, organizational and technical measures for the timely development of production capacities, improvement of technology and monitors their implementation. Monitors the observance of technological discipline in workshops and the correct operation of technological equipment. participation in the development of measures for their prevention and elimination, as well as in the review of complaints about products manufactured by the enterprise.
