The Frontline company develops and manufactures robotic systems for the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine. Our mission is to save human lives by robotizing the military. We create complex technical solutions that are changing the rules of warfare right now.

We have formed an experienced and well-coordinated team of robotics engineers, programmers and designers, which is expanding and looking for specialists in various fields, including technological engineer . This is a unique job, because we are getting closer to mass production and are working on optimizing the production process so that it works easier, faster, better and better:)

Given the specifics of the job, we are considering candidates only from Kyiv . This is important for joint development and regular testing in the laboratory and in the field.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience as a process engineer in production (ideally, with electronics)
2. In-depth knowledge of the methods of creating and optimizing production technological processes
3. Ability to work with technological documentation
4. Autonomy and initiative in proposing new solutions, improvements to existing processes, etc.

   What should be done:

   1. Optimize production processes (ensure optimal sequence of operations, effective conditions for scaling production processes, etc.)
   2. Organize the quality control process, assess the risks of technological processes, notice problems and propose how to eliminate them
   3. Create the necessary technological documentation: instructions, process descriptions, technological maps
   4. Cooperate with contractors ( transfer technological requirements, organize tasks, etc.).

   Conditions:

   1. Flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday
   2. Vacation - 17 calendar days days per year + sick leave. If you are a veteran - the opportunity to take additional paid leave (14 calendar days per year)
