Our main focus of work is B2B services and technological solutions for clients from all over the world. And yes, maintaining a legal and transparent market in Ukraine is a must-have, so we were the third in the country to receive a B2B license for the provision of gambling services.

We are expanding our dream team and are looking for Technical Writer Team Lead/Supervisor

✅ Your future tasks:

• providing strategic leadership and direction of a team of technical writers;
• development and implementation of processes for creating, editing and updating technical documentation;
• coordination and interaction with development, design teams, a team of product managers and other departments to collect the necessary information for the creation of documentation;
• ensuring high quality and clarity of technical documentation, in accordance with the company's quality standards and stakeholder requirements;
• managing the process of reviewing and approving technical documentation;
• >
• monitoring and improvement of team work processes in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
• forming a team of technical writers;
• creating user documentation/technical documentation;
• maintaining documentation in an up-to-date state, tracking changes in the product;
• creating technical documentation standards;
• writing user manuals for various roles;
• creating the documentation life cycle , to ensure that all processes are formalized and documented.

💪 Your skills:

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field;
• excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a corporate environment;
• a high level of technical understanding and the ability to quickly learn new technologies;

• experience in managing or leading a team;
• ability to work in conditions of rapidly changing priorities;
• knowledge of the English language at the Upper Intermediate or Advanced level sufficient to work with technical documentation;
• experience in creating user/technical documentation;
• basic understanding of the purpose of core technologies (HTML, XML, CSS, JSON, SQL, JS, PHP, GO);
• excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• ability to independently gather, analyze and structure information;
• understanding of methodologies, requirements life cycle and product life cycle, as well as software development;
• system thinking, understanding the interaction of system components and their mutual influence on each other;
• ability to independently conduct research on internal and external sources of information to obtain answers to questions;
• >attention to important details when describing product requirements.

🤞 Desirable, but not critical:

• knowledge and work experience in Confluence and Jira;
• work experience in the field of gambling, betting;
• work experience with instechnical writing tools;
• knowledge of Agile and Scrum documentation principles and methods;
• technical writer certification or related fields.
