We are expanding our dream team and looking for Technical Writer Team Lead

✅ Your future tasks:

• providing strategic leadership and direction to a team of technical writers;
• developing and implementing processes for creating, editing, and updating technical documentation;
• coordinating and interacting with development, design, product management teams, and others departments to collect the necessary information to create documentation;
• ensuring high quality and clarity of technical documentation, in accordance with company quality standards and stakeholder requirements;
• managing the process of reviewing and approving technical documentation;
• li>
• monitoring and improvement of team work processes with the aim of increasing efficiency and effectiveness;
• forming a team of technical writers;
• creating user documentation/technical documentation;
• li>maintaining documentation in an up-to-date state, tracking changes in the product;
• creating technical documentation standards;
• writing user manuals for different roles;
• creating a life cycle documentation to ensure that all processes are formalized and documented.

💪 Your skills:

• experience from 3 -x years in technical writing or a related field;
• excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a corporate environment;
• a high level of technical understanding and the ability to quickly learn new technologies;< /li>
• experience in managing or leading a team;
• ability to work in conditions of rapid change of priorities;
• knowledge of the English language at the Upper Intermediate or Advanced level sufficient to work with technical documentation ;
• experience in creating documentation for users/technical documentation;
• basic understanding of the purpose of the main technologies (HTML, XML, CSS, JSON, SQL, JS, PHP, GO);
• excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• ability to independently collect, analyze and structure information;
• understanding of methodologies, requirements life cycle and product life cycle, as well as software development ;
• system thinking, understanding the interaction of system components and their mutual influence on each other;
• ability to independently conduct research on internal and external sources of information to obtain answers to questions;
• li>attention to important details when describing product requirements.

🤞 Desirable, but not critical:

• knowledge and experience work in Confluence and Jira;
• experience in gambling, betting;
• experience with technical writing tools;
• knowledge of Agile and Scrum documentation principles and methods;
• technical writer certification or related fields.
