Our product portfolio includes video and audio intercoms, residential complex management systems, mobile applications for working with intercoms and remote control systems, notification systems and much more. We are looking for a professional Technical writer who wants to join our team and will create the relevant content we need documentation. Responsibilities include: Planning and maintaining an up-to-date help system for hardware and software developed by the company (installation and configuration manuals, user manuals, release notes, changelogs, etc.) Description of product API documentationDescription and visualization of internal development processes We expect from the candidate: Ability to concisely describe material for various types of documents - training manuals, practical guides, reference books Basic technical knowledge - understanding of network protocols, client-server architecture Rational perfectionism and attention to details Competent oral and written language English language level - not lower than C1 Experience writing user and technical documentation - from 1 year We prefer a candidate in Ukraine Will be a plus: Experience with Jira/Confluence or any other ITSM/document flow systems Understanding of SDLC Experience in developing UML diagrams We offer: Competitive salary Paid holidays and sick leave Medical insurance Flexible schedule and the possibility of remote work Ability to work in to the team of professionals of the company, which is known for its modern IR intercoms in many countries of the world.
