What you will do: Write and maintain user guides. Communicate with project managers of development teams and study release notes for making changes to user documentation. Study the functionality of web applications and describe basic uses -cases for users. Communicate with the IT team and study project documentation with the aim of gathering information about the details of the functioning of IT products. For the success of the proposal, it will be valuable: Experience from 1 year in technical writing. Knowledge of the English language at the level of B1 and above. Experience in writing articles or user documentation for IT - companies. Basic understanding of the cycle, principles of software development and the software development process. Ability to collect requirements (forming a list of questions, briefing the customer, users). Skills in structuring information and a detailed description of the functionality of the IT product. Willingness to perform a test task. , the ability to ask the right questions and work with the requests of colleagues, good business correspondence skills, etc. Teamwork: willingness to work in a team and help colleagues to achieve results. Self-organization and healthy perfectionism: you feel what tasks are urgent, and you can take responsibility for achieving results.
