We are looking for a professional Technical writer who wants to join our team and will create the current we need documentation. Responsibilities include: Planning and maintaining an up-to-date help system for hardware and software developed by the company (installation and configuration manuals, user manuals, release notes, changelogs, etc.) Description of product API documentationDescription and visualization of internal development processes We expect from the candidate: Ability to concisely describe material for various types of documents - training manuals, practical guides, reference books Basic technical knowledge - understanding of network protocols, client-server architecture Rational perfectionism and attention to details Competent oral and written language English language level - not lower than C1 Experience writing user and technical documentation - 1 year or more Will be a plus: Experience with Jira/Confluence or any other ITSM/document management systems Understanding of SDLC Experience in developing UML diagrams We offer: Competitive salary Paid vacation and sick leave Medical insurance Flexible schedule and the possibility of remote work Ability to work in a team of company professionals, which is known for its modern IR intercoms in many countries of the world.
