Avenga is looking for a Technical writer in Europe to join our team. Our client offers a highly scalable SaaS platform that revolutionizes how enterprise companies activate liquidity and protect against financial risk. As a Technical Writer, you will be at the forefront of creating clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation that supports our cutting-edge products, services, and processes.

What do you bring along:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position;
• Proficiency in Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira) and Google Workspace;
• Ability to conduct research and/or interview subject matter experts to ensure technically sound content;
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS;
• Experience with Draw.io, Mermaid, Canva,VSCode;
• Familiarity with Markdown;
• Knowledge of GIt;
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

This is your mission:

• Create and maintain technical documentation with a docs-as-code approach;
• Collect and convey technical material concisely and effectively;
• Structure information and create visual aids like diagrams, charts, and illustrations;
• Create and maintain the products’ knowledge base;
• Compose API Authorization and Reference guides;
• Apply style guides (Microsoft Manual of Style, and Chicago Manual of Style);
• Create Technical guides, tutorials and Step-by-step user instructions, glossaries;
• Provide support documents to assist users in understanding complex technical concepts;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and product managers, to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy;
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
