We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a Technical Writer. What will you do? 1. Create and update a package of technical documentation for projects implemented by the company's specialists. Description of projects, ARI, management of the knowledge base; Description of business processes; Writing and updating structural diagrams and database schemes; Writing and updating external user documentation; Writing and updating internal technical documentation for IT specialists; Tracking the latest changes to the described functionality of the new code; Formation and maintenance of a single standard of internal documentation. 2. Interaction with the BA and developers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the writing of the documentation. 3. Formation of descriptions and instructions for users. 4. Centralized management of reference resources of the unit. 5. Construction of documentation writing processes from scratch. About you Education: Higher education; 4+ years of work experience in a relevant position. Fluency in the Ukrainian language. The ability to competently and structured translate the language of business requirements into technical language understandable to developers. Skills in the use of methods of collection, decomposition, analysis and requirements management. Understanding of the basic principles of software development, functioning of web services, data storage. Experience in developing requirements for data structures, data transformation/processing processes, API methods will be an advantage. Experience in analyzing/checking data, building SQL queries.
