Responsibilities:

• Creating and updating user manuals, technical descriptions, reference materials, API documentation, and other supporting documents for the software.
• Ensuring that product functionality is accurately reflected in the documentation.
• Work closely with software developers, engineers, and other technical professionals to collect, analyze, and structure information.
• Understanding the technical details of the product and simplifying them further to describe them in an understandable format.
• Translation of complex technical information into an understandable and accessible language for the end user.
• Updating and editing documentation in response to changes in the software, including the release of new versions, patches, and additional features.
• Compliance with established corporate standards and stylistic requirements when creating documentation.
• Implementation and adherence to processes for creating and updating technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Higher education in technical communication, computer science, information technology or other related field.
• Work experience in a similar field from 1 year.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word at a high level.
• Confident user of graphic modeling tools (Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io or others).
• English level Intermediate.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies.
• Ability to work with a development team..
• High level of independence and responsibility.
