Our requirements:

- 2 years of experience working as a technical writer.

- Basic knowledge of the construction, implementation and support of ERP systems and knowledge of basic business processes at enterprises.

- Understanding of the basics of developing and maintaining user documentation< /p>

- Ability to create instructions for implemented system functionality, bridge the gap between functionality and clear and convenient documentation.

- Ability to structure and update existing documentation.

- Ability to of analysis, attention to details, constructive thinking, focus on results

- It is desirable to be able to create educational videos and presentations, to have skills in creating documentation for working with mobile applications

- To have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Confluence, Youtube

Your tasks:

- development and regular updating of user instructions and presentations

- creation of interactive, graphic and animated content for instructions and presentations

- support of the process of transferring documentation to Customers
