Technical Writer in FutureLog AG

Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the team to explore the new features in the product and understand existing functionality- Create User Guides and training materials in English- Create release notes describing the logic and value of new features- Develop and update documentation structure as the content grows- Ability to convert the business flow of the system parts into clear BPMN/UML- Provide clarity on logic aspects of requests from the CSM teamRequirements:- At least 3 years of experience in a Technical Writer role- Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level or higher, demonstrating strong written and communication skills.- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.- Proficient problem-solving skills with an analytical and technical mindset.- Proactive, responsible, and open-minded approach to work.As a plus:- Technical background with previous experience as QA or BA- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field- Experience in E-Procurement or Hospitality domainsWe offer:- 20 working days of holidays- Paid sick leaves- Equipment needed for work provided by the company, also for remote employees- Performance and compensation review at least one time per year- Flexible working hours- 300 EUR Wellness compensation annually that may be spent on health insurance (e.g., contract with the insurance company), hard/soft skills education, or sports activities (for example, gym)- Co-working expenses compensation for people who do not work in Lviv or Stuttgart.
