Technical Writer in CLAIMR SOFTWARE LTD

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Technical Writer at Claimr, you will be responsible for creating clear, accurate, and engaging documentation that supports our platform’s capabilities and enhances user understanding.Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standardsWrite user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights from technical teams into helpful guidesEvaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvementResearch, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirementsIndependently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentationWork with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storageRequirements:Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar roleAbility to understand and document complex business processes and technologiesExcellent writing skills in English, with a keen attention to detailAbility to deliver high-quality documentation with a focus on clarity and ease of useProficient in MS Office, Google Docs, GitBook and other documentation toolsAbility to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and picturesExperience working with engineering teams to create product documentationPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a tech startup or in a company involved in software developmentKnowledge of marketing technologies and digital rewards systemsWhat we offer:Flexible working hours to fit your scheduleA vibrant and supportive work environmentOpportunity to work on innovative projects at the forefront of digital marketing technologyCompetitive compensationHow to apply:Please send your application along with your CV to [відгукнутися].
