Basic knowledge of the construction, implementation and support of ERP systems and knowledge of basic business processes at enterprises. Understanding of the basics of developing and maintaining user documentation. Ability to create instructions for implemented system functionality, to bridge the gap between functionality and clear and convenient documentation. To be able to structure and update existing documentation. Ability to analysis, attention to details, constructive thinking, focus on results. It is desirable to be able to create educational videos and presentations, to have skills in creating documentation for working with mobile applications. To have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Confluence, Youtube. Your tasks: — development and regular updating of user instructions and creation of interactive, graphic presentations and animated content for instructions and presentations, support for the process of transferring documentation to customers.
