TATL Technology is a company that successfully develops its own products in the field of EdTech and AI. We set new standards and implement innovative projects with an active focus on the international level. Due to development, we are looking for a Technical Writer to join our friendly team.

Main responsibilities:

• Creation of technical documentation: Development and maintenance of technical documentation for internal and external use.
• Collaboration with teams: Gathering and documenting information from developers, analysts, testers, managers and other teams.
• Documentation updates: Constant updating of existing documents according to changes in projects and new requirements.
• Preparation of tender documentation: Participation in the development and preparation of technical specifications and offers for participation in tenders.

Requirements:

• Work experience: Work experience as a technical writer from 2 years in IT sphere.
• Language skills : Competent written communication, excellent command of the Ukrainian language; high level of command of the English language (will be an advantage).
• Experience working with documentation: Confident command of tools for creating and managing documentation (Confluence, MS Office, Jira).
• SDLC Understanding : Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to adapt documentation to the various stages of the SDLC.
• Practical skills : Experience in creating technical diagrams in Draw.io, Miro.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve common goals.
• Education: Technical or pedagogical education is desirable;

Experience and knowledge:

• Cooperation with the team: Ability to effectively cooperate with developers, analysts , testers, managers to collect and document information.
• Documentation: Ability to create and update technical documentation in a language understandable to the end user.
• Multitasking: Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
• Communication Skills : Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.

Personal qualities:

• Analytical thinking : Ability to independently collect, analyze and structure information.
• Clarity of presentation: Ability to concisely and clearly describe the requirements or functions of information systems.
• Attention to detail : Perfectionism within reason and the ability to work with a large amount of information.
• Basic technical knowledge : Basics of business analysis, programming, testing, UI/UX and understanding of software development methodologies.
