Requirements: —Upper-Intermediate English spoken and written. —Proficient inMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. —General understanding ofbusiness process management and software development lifecycle. Responsibilities —Take the helm ofour team oftechnical writers, spearheading the development and lead the charge indeveloping and continually updating product and project specification documentation; —Collaborate closely with our UI/UX design team tocraft application workflow templates, refine notification messaging, and harmonize UIterminology; —Regularly engage inplanning meetings with product and project managers togather insights and support the planning process. —Conduct market analysis and research tokeepus ahead ofthe curve, understanding the competitive landscape and industry standards; —Embrace diverse tasks and responsibilities asassigned, adapting tothe dynamic needs ofour evolving projects.
