Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital , , which is part of the NOVA group of companies, is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load. We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta. We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a Technical Writer

1. Creation and updating of a package of technical documentation as part of projects implemented by the company's specialists.

• Description of projects, ARI, maintenance of knowledge base;
• Description of business processes;
• Writing and updating structural diagrams and database schemas;
• Writing and updating external user documentation;
• Writing and updating internal technical documentation for IT specialists;
• Tracking the latest changes to the described functionality of the new code;
• Formation and compliance with a single standard of internal documentation.

2. Liaising with BA and developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation writing.

3. Creating user descriptions and instructions.

4. Centralized management of reference resources of the unit.

5. Building documentation writing processes from scratch.

About you

• Education: Higher education;
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant position.
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• Ability to competently and structuredly translate the language of business requirements into a technical language understood by developers.
• Skills in requirements gathering, decomposition, analysis and management techniques.
• Understanding the basic principles of software development, functioning of web services, data storage.

Will be an advantage

• Experience in developing requirements for data structures, data transformation/processing processes, API methods.
• Experience in data analysis / validation, construction of SQL queries.
