Position Overview: We are looking for a talented technical writer to create and improve technical documentation for our products and services. Responsibilities:

1. Creating Technical Documentation: Developing, editing, and updating technical documents, including user manuals, technical guides, references, and online resources related to the company’s products and services.
2. Collaboration with Development Team: Close interaction with developers, engineers, and other technical experts to gather necessary information about the products and services.
3. Audience Research and Understanding: Studying user needs and analyzing the audience to create documentation that best meets customer expectations and requirements.
4. Documentation Testing and Verification: Conducting testing of technical instructions and manuals to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
5. Compliance with Standards and Regulations: Ensuring that technical documentation complies with safety standards, legal requirements, and accepted quality standards.
6. Documentation Updates and Enhancements: Updating existing documentation to reflect changes in products or services and continuously improving the structure and language of documents to enhance user understanding.
7. User Training: Preparing training materials, video tutorials, and webinars to educate users on using the company’s products and services.
8. Creating API Documentation: Developing documentation for application programming interfaces (APIs), providing clear and detailed descriptions of methods, parameters, and responses.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a technical writer, preferably in the technical or IT industry.
2. Deep knowledge of technical terminology and the ability to present complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively in a development team.
4. Knowledge of user interface design principles and experience in creating training materials using multimedia tools is a plus.
5. English, Russian, Ukraine : Upper-Intermediate.
6. Experience with Confluence and Jira
