We celebrate genuine relationships and innovative mindsets. The Role:At VirtuE (https://www.virtuedeep.tech) we are looking for a Technical Writer to work with our Product team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the communication of our product and business innovations to a broad audience, including customers, stakeholders, and internal teams. Your expertise in creating clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation will bridge the gap between product development, marketing, and business processes, ensuring coherence and clarity in all technical communications.   Your responsibilities Documentation Development: Create and maintain high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience. Documentation may include user guides, integration guides, API developer guides, in-platform instructions, project proposals, presentations, technical overviews, and end-user documentation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing professionals, and sales teams.Content Strategy: Ensure that alldocumentation is up-to-date and serves both technical and marketing purposes based on Company's goals.Editing and Standardization: Review and revise existing documents as well as new submissions from other team members, ensuring consistent tone and style across all materials.User Feedback Incorporation: Utilize feedback from users and analytics to improve documentation and interfaces continuously.Material Management: Manage updates and revisions to technical literature.Training Materials: Assist in the development and refinement of training materials and other educational tools.Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the technical accuracy of promotional materials and campaigns. What should you bring?Proven experience as a technical writer in a technical field, with a portfolio of samples that demonstrate complex concepts clearly conveyed. Experience with AI is a strong plus.Strong ability to understand and document software and hardware systems.Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is highly desirable, as well as that of MLOps and AIOps.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization. What do all team members have in common?Intellectual curiosity.
