We seek a detail-oriented and creative Technical Writer to join our Sombra team. This role is crucial in crafting and refining pre-sales and sales enablement documents, including presentations, brochures, and other sales materials. The Technical Writer will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure that all content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with our brand messaging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a technical writer — 2+ years, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Docs Suite and Office 365.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts and strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Content development. Create, edit, and enhance sales presentations, case studies, white papers, and other enablement materials to support the sales team.
• Collaboration . Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to gather information and ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
• Document management. Maintain a library of sales documents, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible for the sales team.
• Quality assurance. Ensure all written materials meet the company’s quality standards, including grammar, style, and consistency.
• Feedback incorporation. Gather and incorporate feedback from sales and marketing teams to improve content effectiveness continuously.
