Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in an IT company; Practical experience in writing work with documentation for development; Experience with JIRA and Confluence; Use of MSOffice, Google Docs on par with an experienced user; Competence in using visualization and text formatting tools; Attention to detail, ability to understand and describe technical specifications; Understanding the principles and basics of software development; Level of English C1. It will be a significant advantage: Experience working with fintech/banking projects. Responsibilities: Creation of documentation construction architecture; Creation of the structure of all types of documentation; Description of the existing technical functionality; Description of the processes arranged in the project; Approval of documentation by all stakeholders and its adaptation; Assistance to employees in writing documentation and its further approval.
