We are a BAS-IP technology company that focuses on the development and sale of hardware and software solutions for building IP intercom systems. Our product portfolio includes video and audio intercoms, residential complex management systems, mobile applications for intercom and remote control systems, notification systems and much more.

We are looking for a professional Technical writer who wants to join our team and will create the up-to-date documentation we need.

We expect from the candidate:

• Ability to succinctly describe material for various types of documents - training manuals, practical guides, reference books
• Basic technical knowledge - understanding of network protocols, client-server architecture
• Rational perfectionism and attention to details
• Competent oral and written language
• English language level - not lower C1
• Experience in writing user and technical documentation - from 1 year

Will be a plus :

• Experience with Jira/Confluence or any other ITSM/document management systems
• Understanding of SDLC
• Experience in developing UML diagrams
