Job Responsibilities: Policies Creation and Maintenance: Develop and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures toensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams togather information and updates for policy documentation. Initialize the review process ofexisting policies toreflect changes inprocesses orregulations. Knowledge Base Management: Manage and update the IT-related knowledge toserve asacentralized repository for policies, procedures, and other relevant documentation. Ensure information isorganized, easily accessible, and reflects the latest updates. Create detailed and user-friendly manuals and knowledge base (KB) articles for end-users andIT support. Collaborate with subject matter experts togather technical information and ensure accuracy indocumentation. Regularly update and improve existing manuals andKB articles based onfeedback and process changes. Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including ITService Desk, Security, and People Operations togather information and ensure accurate representation inthe documentation. Collaborate with team members toenhance documentation processes and maintain aconsistent style and format. Provide updates toemployees onnew orupdated policies and procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience asatechnical writer, with afocus onpolicy creation and documentation. IT-related Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree. English— Upper/Fluent, Ukrainian— fluent. Good logic and communication skills. Strong attention todetail and excellent organizational skills. Ability totranslate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation. Proficiency inusing documentation tools (both M365 and GSuite tools), knowledge ofJIRA/Confluence, Slack.
