What will need to be done:

• Development and updating of user guides, instructions and product reference materials.
• Ensuring clarity, structure and accessibility of content for users.
• Collaboration with the product and technical team to obtain relevant information.
• Maintaining the relevance of documentation at all stages of the API life cycle.
• Building a systematic approach to API functionality documentation: guidelines, templates, glossaries, design rules.
• Update documentation when updating functionality or API versions.

Your skills:

• Knowledge of Wiki and confluence
• Understanding documentation standards
• Ability to write in understandable language for a technical audience
• Experience in documenting RESTful APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman).
