Technical Writer in SendPulse

Ukrainian product company SendPulse is looking for a Technical Writer with good technical English.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Experience in the position of Technical Writer or in a related field from 1 year;
• Technical English at B2 level and above;
• Experience with any CMS and knowledge of HTML basics;
• Desire to understand new functionality and explain it to users.

What to do:

• Write documentation aimed at ordinary users. Describe the functionality and logic of its operation.
• Revise and improve existing documentation in English, Ukrainian and Russian (https://sendpulse.com/knowledge-base).
• Write documentation with developer-oriented product (API, webhooks).
• Write examples of task implementation based on the SendPulse service.
• Analyze and make suggestions regarding potentially necessary documentation.
