Technical trainer (automotive) in Staff Service

Our partner, the Europe’s largest automotive retail company is offering the unique possibility to join the team on one of key positions asTechnical Trainer(Cars)Responsibilities:Technical/Body trainings for dealer network;Development of trainings plans;Certification of dealer staff;Monitoring of knowledge and skills level of dealer’s staff;Training portal administration /Program adaptation to Ukrainianmarket;Coordination of training processes;Providing Technical Support for Dealer network;Participation in difficult technical problems analysis.General requirements:Higher education (Technical);Excellent knowledge in automotive technologies;Experience in car service (min 3 years);Ukrainian (obligatory), English (Intermediate orhigher-obligatory);Driver experience more 3 years;Readiness to business trips.This position offers the opportunity to work with a highly motivated team under frame conditions of a reputable, big international automotive groupОсновні обов'язки:Технічні тренінги для дилерської мережі;Розробка планів тренінгів;Атестація дилерського персоналу;Контроль рівня знань і навичок персоналу дилера;Адміністрування навчального порталу/ Адаптація програми під український ринок;Координація тренувальних процесів;Технічна підтримка дилерської мережі;Участь у розборі складних технічних проблем.Ідеальний кандидат має:Вищу освіту (технічна);Знання автомобільних технологій;Досвід роботи в автомобільному сервісі від 3-х років;Українська (обов'язково), англійська (Intermediate або вище);Досвід водіння від 3-х років;Готовність до відряджень.
