What you will do: recruiting candidates using various methods, from boolean/x-ray search to candidate parsing from GitHub; work closely with recruiters and Hiring Managers to implement a comprehensive candidate sourcing strategy; create and maintain a pool of qualified candidates and develop a talent pool to cover future hiring needs; manage hiring metrics and report on progress; continuously improve sourcing processes and tools to achieve optimal results; improve the candidate experience. What you need to join us: at least 1 year of experience in sourcing/recruitment or a theoretical base and a desire to develop in this direction; the ability to quickly find relevant candidate profiles and conduct quality research; analytical thinking and the desire to work with analytics and reports; copywriting skills to write letters to candidates so that they never go unanswered; self-organization and the ability to set priorities; the ability to clearly convey your opinion and communicate with stakeholders in a quality way; creative and oriented results-oriented approach.
