International payment platform Tranzzo is looking for a talented and progressive Technical Support Supervisor to join our team.
For more than 6 years, we have been creating a fintech product that enables businesses to accept payments online, Tranzzo solutions are used by such partners as Diya, U24, Concert UA, tickets.ua, Liki24 , Foxtrot, Insurance Arsenal, MyCredit, Varus, WOG and others.
We are a technical partner of the United24 fundraising platform and received the title of Best Payment Provider at the FinTech Awards 2024 ceremony.

We invite those who are ready for the following duties:
🔸 Organization, management and control of the work of the technical support team;
🔸 Ensuring the fulfillment of service quality standards, work rules;
🔸 Participation in the development and implementation of the department's development strategy;
🔸 Participation in the selection of new employees, organization and control of their adaptation;
🔸 Solving complex cases and communicating with technical teams of customers to determine the best methods of connection;
🔸 Writing documentation and analyzing and testing new functionality;
🔸 Analytics and reporting on the results of the department's work.
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
🔹 Willingness and ability to organize the work of a team and be responsible for its results;
🔹 Virtuous experience of technical support for users;
🔹 Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS;
🔹 Experience with Rest API and Elasticsearch (Kibana);
🔹 Practical experience in error analysis using existing tools (Postman, Google Cloud Log);
🔹 Basic knowledge of basic modern information technologies;
🔹 Flexible mind, strategic thinking;
🔹 Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility as a leader and manager.
Will be a plus:
🔸 Experience in the Fintech field;
🔸 Practical experience of connecting payment gateways;
🔸 Writing technical documentation and maintaining space in Confluence.
