International payment platform Tranzzo is looking for a talented and progressive Technical Support Supervisor to join our team.
For more than 6 years, we have been creating a fintech product that enables businesses to accept payments online, Tranzzo solutions are used by such partners as Diya, U24, Concert UA, tickets.ua, Liki24 , Foxtrot, Insurance Arsenal, MyCredit, Varus, WOG and others.
We are a technical partner of the United24 fundraising platform and received the Best Payment Provider title at the FinTech Awards 2024 ceremony.

🔸 Organization, management and control of the work of the technical support team;
🔸 Ensuring the fulfillment of service quality standards, work rules;
🔸 Participation in the development and implementation of the department's development strategy;
🔸 Participation in the selection of new employees, organization and control of their adaptation;
🔸 Solving complex cases and communicating with customer technical teams to determine the best connection methods;
🔸 Writing documentation and analyzing and testing new functionality;
🔸 Analytics and reporting on department results.
Will be a plus:
🔸 Experience in the Fintech field;
🔸 Practical experience of connecting payment gateways;
🔸 Writing technical documentation and maintaining space in Confluence.
