Technical Support Specialist with Spanish in ATIS Ltd

We invite to our team a Technical Support Specialist with knowledge of the Spanish language.

Brief about us:

We are ATAS ltd - a Latvian product IT company with more than 12 has been developing and selling professional software for trading on global financial markets for years. We work with clients from almost 100 countries of the world, now there are already 250k+ and we are not standing still, constantly developing and scaling. 

The work is remote, you can work from anywhere, but it is desirable that our time zones (GMT+2) coincide.

Our ideal candidate:

• must speak Spanish and Ukrainian;< /li>
• speaks English at A2 level and above (optional);
• speaks Ukrainian;
• has experience in support, experience in communicating with customers in tickets, chats (but if there is no experience, but there is a great desire to learn - you are also welcome);
• interest in the topic of trading;
• writes competently and communicates correctly with clients;
• responsible is approachable to work, open, knows how to work in a team;

• seeks development and self-improvement, because ATAS provides just such an opportunity.

Your duties will include:

• respond to written tickets, chats of platform users;
• advise clients on issues related to the use and operation of the ATAS platform;
• settle conflict situations within their competence.
