About the role:
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with Spanish skills to join our multicultural team and will share our interest in solving problems and building strong relationships with our resellers and end users worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective technical support for 3Shape software (Design Services solutions) through online sessions, phone calls, e-mail and during periodic offline events.
- Process customer service calls: collect all necessary information from customers in accordance with company procedures and record it in the CRM system.
- Interact with other departments and forward customer feedback to the appropriate level.

- Experience in customer service and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- ConfidentEnglish and Spanish at the Upper-Intermediate level.
- Analytical thinking and readiness to find solutions quickly.
- Result orientation, stress resistance and proactivity.
- Willingness to develop and learn new things.
- Multitasking, empathy and attention to the details.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and professional IT education will be an advantage.
