Technical support specialist with knowledge of the Romanian language in iSellMore

Job Description

iSellMore is an IT company that has been developing software solutions for FMCG businesses for more than 10 years. The key direction of our activity is the development of a flexible software complex for automating business processes for distribution employees (sales representatives, supervisors, merchandisers, etc.) and data analysis for senior managers.

Key functionality:

• Processing phone calls — determining the type of error described in the application, determining the decision deadline, collection of additional information;
• User consultation;
• Primary (initial) user support;
• Execution of small tasks and applications.

• Compulsory fluency in the Romanian language;
• High level of communication skills;
• Experience with a computer (Windows);
• Desire to work, learn, develop in IT.

Desirable, but not mandatory mandatory:

• Experience in a similar position or contact centers;
• Experience as a PDA user (Android);
• Higher education , preferably technical;
• Knowledge of SQL or another object-oriented programming language will be a big plus;
