Technical support specialist with knowledge of the German language in IP-Telecom Bulgaria

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 p.m. (4:00 p.m.) - 10:00 p.m. Requirements: high communication skills: the ability to present confidently and clearly technical information, language literacy; knowledge of the German language at the B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level and above; customer orientation, the ability to find a common language with different types of people; a confident user of a PC and office programs; the desire to learn and learn new things; the ability to work in a team; experience in the field of technical support optional, but would be a plus! Responsibilities: consulting clients, providing general information about services, settings, cost of services; solving minor problems—incorrectly filled data, problems with settings or access; supporting written requests, phone calls, e-mails and processing applications on the website.
